To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card number and information, or one night deposit by check (2 night deposit for 3 days or longer) is required
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as a reservation is processed, usually within 24 hours
During special events, holidays, and on most weekends, we may require a two-night minimum stay and deny discount requests
PAYMENT / DEPOSIT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments upon arrival are also accepted, with a $100 refundable deposit. We do not accept personal checks
Ten (10) days prior to arrival, we may process an authorization on your credit card for the entire amount of your reservation. If your card is declined for any reason and we are unable to contact you, we will release your room(s) immediately and send you an email cancellation notice
Non-refundable deposits are required for reservations of 7 or more days. Minimum deposit is equivalent to three (3) nights
Rates do not include city and state taxes (currently 15.5% total) and are subject to change without notice
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Due to the size and nature of our business, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your schedules date of arrival to avoid any penalties*
Cancellations occurring less than 10 days prior to the arrival date:
Will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of $75.00 per night (per room). An email a cancellation confirmation will be sent
A rescheduled reservation is subject to a $75.00 per night (per room) cancellation fee: credit card will be charged for the entire amount of the re-scheduled reservation and, as a courtesy, a Credit Voucher valid for 60 days ONLY, will be issued
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged $75.00 per night (per room) plus one night or $75.00 per night (per room) plus 50% of the reservation, whichever is greater.
In the unlikely event of a "no-show," a $75.00 per night (per room) fee plus the full amount of the reservation will be charged*For groups or reservations of three or more rooms, a 30-day cancellation policy is required; partial payment may be due prior to arrival based on circumstances and arrangements with management, regardless of whether reservations are guaranteed by a single payer or individual guests; we gladly welcome groups, but recommended that you consult us prior to making group reservations
REGISTRATION / ARRIVAL
Check In Time is between 3:00 and 5:00PM. Arrangements for later arrivals can be easily accommodated with notice
Occasionally, we may not be able to provide a requested room based on managing reservations. In such cases, an equivalent room or a complimentary upgrade will be provided
Guests are responsible for the full length of the reservation, regardless of the actual number of nights spent at the Inn
Guests are responsible for any property damages that are a direct result of their own negligence. Incidental charges will be applied to your credit card

Maximum per room occupancy: 2 (only registered overnight guests may remain on property after 10PM)
FOR YOUR INFORMATION
We maintain a strict no smoking policy throughout our entire INN. Therefore, our lodging is not recommended for smokers. If a guest chooses to smoke in their room, we will ask them to leave and will charge them a $250 fee, in addition to room charges, to cover our lost revenue while we replace bedding and window dressings in the room
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13 or pets. Well-behaved children over 13 are welcome
PARKING is available on-street in the vicinity of the INN. All parking is FREE, unrestricted, and first-come-first-served. For your convenience, there is a 10-minute Passenger Loading Zone next to our front door for unloading luggage and checking-in. Please do not block traffic lanes when loading and unloading. No off-street parking available
The INN does not have an elevator, so our lodging is not recommended for those unable to use stairs. Our Gato Casa suite is located on the first floor, however breakfast is served in the dining room on the second floor
- The use of candles is prohibited in Guest Rooms. Realistic battery candles are available upon request
Lost and Found: INN at 2920 is not responsible for items left on property after departure. If found, we will hold items for up to 72 hours and will return items only if requested. Shipping fees will be charged, if necessary.

Q. What taxes do we pay and what is the percentage?
A. Maryland State tax is 6% plus the Hotel/Motel Tax (Occupancy tax) is 9.5% = 15.5%
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) and Cash (US dollars). Sorry, no checks for payment.
Q. Do your rooms have large windows?
A. Each of our rooms have at least 3 large windows with a nice view of the Canton neighborhood. They are double paned for comfort and energy efficiency.
Q. What is your cancelation policy?
A. 10 or more days prior to your arrival date of your reservation. If this requirement is not met, you will be charged a $75.00 per night (per room) cancellation fee. Q. How can I order a bottle of wine or flowers if I am celebrating a special occasion?
A. We are happy to provide wine, flowers or any of our INN-hancers and have them in your room upon arrival or delivered during your stay.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in downtown Baltimore, Maryland in the Canton waterfront neighborhood which is 2 miles from the Inner Harbor, a mile from Fells Point and Johns Hopkins and a half a block from O’Donnell Square.
Q. Are there any restaurants in walking distance from the Inn?
A. We have an array of restaurants and bars within one block of the INN (O’Donnell Square) that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences from Pizza to go to a sit down gourmet meal.
Q. If we don’t want to drive in Baltimore how do we get around?
A. You can take a taxi from INN at 2920 to the Inner Harbor for about $8.00 each way (we will be glad to call a taxi for you). The local bus service runs directly to downtown from Boston Street with a stop about one block from the INN and there is a Water Taxi pick-up and drop off point two blocks from the Inn – we have Water Taxi maps available for you at the Inn.
Q. What does it cost to get from the Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport to the Inn? How long is the ride?
A. A taxi will cost you about $45.00 each way and the ride takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Q. Do we have to pay extra for breakfast?
A. Free Breakfast is included in your room rate for overnight guests of the INN. You can invite family and friends to join you for breakfast if you like – please let us know the day before. We charge $15.00 per person for additional guests.
Q. What time is breakfast served?
A. In order to strike a balance between guest's leaving early and those having a sleep-in, breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 9:00 am Monday thru Friday and from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.
If the above times are not suitable we will gladly prepare you an “INN & OUT breakfast pack” to go, with advance notice.

A. We have free unrestricted “on street” parking.
